Manchester’s new Children’s Hospital will bring together the specialist services provided by Booth Hall and Royal Manchester Children’s Hospitals onto one state-of-the-art site, providing an integrated paediatric service for the whole of Greater Manchester and the North West.
This means that rather than have to visit two or more sites, patients will be able to receive all their treatment at one location. It also means doctors will not have to waste time traveling between sites and resources can be concentrated in one place, rather than duplicating services.
Designed to meet the needs of our younger patients, it will benefit from new, purpose-built facilities whilst retaining its own separate entrance and identity. We will create a child-centred environment appropriate to the needs of children.
